As a Business Analyst at Codere Online, you will play a critical role
ensuring that business requirements provided by the business stakeholders are clearly translated and documented into high quality documents
to facilitate the system build process.
The Business Analyst for a gaming website company plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This individual is responsible for gathering requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the website's features and functionalities meet user expectations and align with the company's business goals always with the market regulation in mind.
Responsibilities include:
- By defining and detailing the overall requirements from the business
- Working closely with the Product management team to understand key requirement drivers and support elaboration of these into an agreed design approach
- Organising and running the requirements and solution agreement process
Breaking down requirements to deliverables that are easy to understand for developers:
Delivering clear, concise and accurate user stories detailing customer or user interactions, data flow (and origin) and system interactions to support development
- Defining detailed requirements and deliverables (textually and with process flows)
- Reviewing requirements and deliverables with stakeholders and the development team
- Communicating requirements and deliverables to the team and clarify if necessary, during development
Supporting the testing team by providing scenarios, data examples and clarifications as necessary
Work with QA Test team members to guide and validate test cases and test results for the products' intended functionality and performance
Your Qualifications:
- Proven working experience writing requirements and user stories for software development
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- High level of written and spoken English is required as 90% of the meetings, emails and documents are in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira / DevOps or similar, Teams.
- Strong understanding of
Gaming industry is preferred
