**Position**:
EMEA Finance Business Analyst with MS Dynamics AX
**This position will be a business analyst for finance on a pan-EMEA ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/ D365. The project includes, among other duties, support of multiple system migrations across numerous geographies, new functionality testing and roll-out, and harmonization of finance processes and requirements. The position will report into the ECS EMEA Financial Processes Manager, within the finance organization, and work closely with local business units, IT, and the Business Transformation organizations.**
**Key Activities**:
- Business process expert on modules potentially including GL, AP, AR, Ship and claim, Fixed Assets and Cash and Bank
- Maintain a core model governance structure used to manage the ongoing evolution of finance processes, and functional and reporting requirements
- Harmonization of key finance processes and procedures amongst the various countries and systems across EMEA as they move onto the new system
- Gap analysis on finance modules and processes between local systems and processes and the AX core model
- Review and validation of IT delivered functional specification documents, and user acceptance testing, including providing formal sign offs
- Support of system migrations including end to end acceptance testing and post go-live support
- End user training on financial process expert areas
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Finance or IT (with experience in finance), minimum of 3 years in a Finance IT role, with previous experience in an ERP Microsoft implementation
- Business process improvement and project management oriented
- Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships across multiple geographies and departments
- Multi-cultural skills, fluent in English, one or two additional languages are a plus
