Description

Our client is a company belonging to a leading multinational group in health technologies (defibrillators, SOS devices, thermographic, etc.) and security (access, biometrics, video surveillance, video analytics, intrusion, etc.) for companies. With headquarters in Madrid and national coverage with a staff of 80 employees. Presence in all sectors with more than 6,000 clients.

Now they are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join their team to work on a variety of interesting projects with focus on business process optimisation.

Working in a dynamic and diverse environment with their international operational team across the Europe, you will be based in Madrid office and report to Group operations & project manager based in Paris.

Main responsibilities:

- Dynamics 365 CRM administration management and Microsoft environment: login creation, deactivation, access rights management.
- PMA (Project Management Assistant) in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Work closely with local operational teams to gather project requirements for optimization of business processes (sales, service, and finance).
- Daily support for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of our business process in the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Support in the preparation of reports, process documentation and presentations to share with the operating team.
- Reporting: Reports and KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint and other Office 365 tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
- Good communication and organisation skills, strong autonomy.
- Strong interest in operations and digitalization of business process optimization.

Desirable:

- Experience with KPIs, scorecards, controlling, knowledge of Power BI, Azure.

**Benefits**:
