is hiring a
SAP EWM Support Analyst
for a major American client in the pharmaceutical sector in Alcobendas, Madrid.

We are looking for a
Tier 1 Support Analysts
to join a dedicated team providing
first-line support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
at a global pharmaceutical manufacturing site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Level 1 functional support for SAP EWM to warehouse operations teams.
  • Resolve "how-to" requests and minor issues from end-users.
  • Monitor EWM interface jobs and qRFC queues, identify faults, and take corrective actions.
  • Support creation/cancellation of warehouse tasks and minor configuration (e.g., bin management, printer setup).
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams with complete diagnostic information.
  • Collaborate in requirement collection for AGV deployments when applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, data privacy (GDPR), and Lilly's quality standards.
  • Document interventions and maintain audit trails in ServiceNow.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in SAP EWM or SAP WM support (Tier 1 or similar).
  • Technical Skills: Basic SAP EWM navigation, troubleshooting, and warehouse process knowledge.
  • Language: Fluent Spanish and proficient English (spoken and written).
  • Soft Skills: Customer orientation, clear documentation, ability to work in regulated environments.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of
    GMP compliance
    and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with
    ServiceNow
    or similar ticketing systems.
  • ISO 27001 awareness and HSE training.
