**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

BAT Iberia is currently looking for an Procurement Intern as part of our Procurement department based in our offices in Madrid. This will have to support the Iberia team with all their deliverables. The role will provide support the procurement team to provide strategic solutions and added value to the company.

**Reports to**:Sourcing Manager Iberia

**Geographic Scope: DRBU - **Iberia

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Suppliers and info research/prospection
- Communications and help to collaborators, vendors, etc
- Data gathering
- Decks and reports management
- Supporting: Sourcing process, Vendors homologation, Contract procedure
- Meetings organization
- Savings tracking
- Supervising procurement policy compliance
- Coupa content supervision

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- You have a Degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce or similar
- You are a proficient user of English and Spanish
- You are and advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel and Power-Point.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce or similar.
- Master’s Degree in Procurement or similar desirable.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role where you have proved your ability to learn quickly and that you are details and deadline oriented, will be nice to have.
- Possess strong communication, and engagement skills, coupled with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners
- IT Literacy (MS Office)
- Previous experience with SAP would be preferable
- Power BI knowledge will be considered as an asset
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solution-oriented, ability to challenge status quo
- Proactive - taking initiatives and presenting solutions
- Rigor and autonomy
