What will you do as a Procurement Intern at Weewoo?
You will learn and assist in key procurement processes, helping ensure our teams have the resources they need to create innovative experiences. You’ll work closely with various departments in the company, developing strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Tareas
- Identify potential suppliers: Research and assist in selecting suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Support in contract negotiations: Help negotiate with vendors to achieve the best possible terms.
- Supplier relationship management: Onboard new suppliers, collaborate to maintain strong relationships with them and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Procurement data analysis and reporting: Facilitate data collection and analysis to support the preparation of procurement reports.
- Ensure quality: Manage the technical testing process, ensuring that suppliers meet the required technical standards.
- Ensure compliance and ethics: Assist in maintaining adherence to procurement policies and ethical standards.
- Manage procurement processes: Participate in the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing to contract process and paperwork.
**Requisitos**:
- Enrolled in Master studies related to Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or similar fields.
- Desirable +1 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Strong interest in procurement, negotiation, data analysis, and project management.
- Interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of tools like Notion or similar platforms, along with proficiency in Google Suite.
- English proficiency (C1). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and handle tight deadlines.
Beneficios
- Full day (Monday to Thursday 9:30-18:00 with one hour break and Friday 9:30-14:30). Summer: intensive day (8:00-15:00).
- Duration of the program: 6 months.
- Two days off to choose during vacation period.
