We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **P2P - Procurement Intern** to support our procurement and supplier management functions.

This internship is ideal for someone passionate about supply chain, procurement processes, and vendor coordination. You’ll gain hands-on experience with purchase order (PO) management, vendor registration, procurement tools, and supplier data handling in a fast-paced, international environmento join our team.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**

**Procurement & PO Management**:

- Support the creation, tracking, and maintenance of **Purchase Orders (POs)**.
- Assist with documentation, approvals, and coordination between requestors and approvers.
- Help monitor PO lifecycle and ensure all steps are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

**Supplier Management Support**:

- Assist in onboarding new suppliers, gathering required documentation, and entering data into the XRM & ERP systems.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of vendor records (e.g., contact info, banking details).
- Help coordinate with suppliers for updates or missing documents when needed.

**Administrative & Reporting Support**:

- Maintain procurement documentation and filing systems.
- Assist in generating reports related to open POs, supplier status, and procurement KPIs.
- Participate in improvement initiatives or digitalization projects related to procurement workflows.

**YOUR EDUCATION**

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Knowledge of invoice processing, verification, and validation
- Relevant experience in Procurement is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools: Excel (Pivot Tables), OneDrive, Teams
- Strong organization skills
