**British American Tobacco** **Iberia has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Internship in Madrid**

This role is part of the Procurement department and will have to support the Iberia team with all their deliverables.

Support the procurement team to provide strategic solutions and added value to the company.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Suppliers and info research/prospection
- Communications and help to stakeholders, vendors, etc
- Data gathering
- Decks and reports management
- Supporting: Sourcing process, Vendors homologation, Contract procedure
- Meetings organization
- Savings tracking
- Monitoring procurement policy compliance
- Coupa content supervision

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce or similar.
- Master’s Degree in Procurement or similar desirable.
- One year of experience in a similar position.
- Proactive, organized, oriented to stakeholder
- Good skills to influence and communicate
- Analytical thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
- especially Excel and Power Point.
- Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
