Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Support for Streaming Platform will be:
- Providing product information to the customer (e.g. subscription, payment and technical requirements)
- Collecting and maintaining customer data
**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Are you customer service-oriented, have good communication skills, are proactive and a team-player? Then you are what we're looking for
- You have a near-native level of Danish and a high level of English
- You have good customer support skills
- You have an interest in the sports field
- You are punctual and reliable
- You are not afraid of talking on the phone by solving the problems

- Fixed shifts Monday - Sunday, with two days off. (Morning 9-17 or afternoon 14-22)
