In Alibaba, we are committed to provide good experience to both buyer and seller through offering seller & assortment through internal E-commerce network and create business success. Key objective of the role on M2A Assortment Operation is to conduct assortment supply and planning for local assortment in ES market and cooperate with comprehensive strategy in different traffic channel. Responsibility as but not limited as below for the final goal: - Shape the vision of M2A supply with cross team for execution - Review and support the assortment to be active for M2A selling - Manage daily operation on the promotion & marketing activity recruiting - Manage day-to-day assortment pricing & subsidy plan - Define the product & process improvement area for experience & efficiency - Connect to different function including Search/Channel/Marketing for resource planning - Responsible for the process optimization, assortment target & GMV
**Position Requirement**
- More than 3 years of work experience in E-commerce marketplace, - Knowing about collaboration follow and category operation with assortment planning - Ability to think out of the box and help driving creative excellence. - Strong project management skills, attention to detail and communication skills - Thrive in fast-pace environment, energetic and adaptive to change. - Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels - a hands-on team player - Proficient English are a must for this position, Spanish, Chinese is a plus
