Cooperate closely with product, campaign, and monetization teams, summarizing requests, outputting strategy, balancing business targets and user experiences, data verification efficiency, and continuously iterating. Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for product optimization and business development. Requirements Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in operational roles. Fluent written and spoken English & Spanish. Clear understanding of e‑commerce industry or platform user operation is preferred. Familiarity with user operation strategies and data analysis skills to identify user needs and behavior patterns from data.
