Your Role:
You will lead the planning and execution of
seller operations programs
— setting KPIs, monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and driving best practices. As
Seller Operations Manager
, You'll use data to analyze business performance, build models, and support key decisions. You'll uncover growth opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and services, and manage relationships with external partners involved in seller onboarding. As a key point of contact, you'll align stakeholders and ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead planning and execution of seller operations programs, including KPI setting, monitoring key metrics, identifying gaps/issues, and defining best practices.

● Serve as a data expert to measure and analyze business performance; assess operational efficiency and build models to support strategic decision-making.

● Identify new business opportunities, uncover actionable insights, and highlight areas for growth.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective product and service improvements.

● Manage relationships with external partners involved in seller onboarding; act as the main point of contact and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in program or project management within e-commerce, marketplaces, or internet companies, ideally in seller operations (minimum equivalent to 5 years).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in
SQL
and data querying.

● Experience driving complex analyses, extracting insights and risks, and translating them into action plans with measurable outcomes.

● Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels using data-driven arguments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

● A bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience will also be considered.

● Fluency in both English and Spanish is required due to engagement with Spanish-speaking markets. Proficiency in Italian, French, or German is a strong advantage.
