Your Role:
We're looking for a
Seller Training Project Manager
to design and deliver impactful training programs that equip Spanish sellers with the skills they need to succeed on our global platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver seller training programs tailored to the
    Spanish market
    , helping sellers master key operations on the Ali International platform.
  • Analyze seller needs and create engaging, easy-to-digest content—such as tutorials, infographics, and videos—on topics including product listing, marketing strategies, and customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure training aligns with the latest platform features and market trends.
  • Measure training effectiveness through data and feedback, then iterate to improve both learning engagement and real-world seller performance.
  • Leverage automation and AI tools to scale impact and enhance efficiency in seller education and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in training, seller enablement, or large-scale seller/merchant management —
    e-commerce experience is highly preferred
    .
  • Deep understanding of the
    Spanish market
    , local business practices, and seller pain points.
  • Strong communication skills and basic visual design sense — you know how to make learning engaging.
  • Proven project management ability: you can own a training rollout from planning to execution.
  • Data-driven mindset — experience analyzing training outcomes or user behavior is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
