We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Cloud Protection & Licensing (CPL) - Identity & Access Management in Spain.

A Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing a territory, a set of enterprise accounts in the Iberian Region and maximizing revenue for the company.
Tasked with creating, developing, and executing sales strategies for the assigned region, developing and implementing key strategic accounts/channel initiatives, vertical markets and account plans with solution provider/partners/Key Accounts specializing in security solutions, Cloud, HSMs, Encryption and Access Management. You will be responsible for new business from prospective and existing customer accounts within the assigned territory, and meeting and/or exceeding all sales quotas to achieve revenue goals.
**Main Roles & Responsibilities**
- Discover, develop, manage and grow strategic accounts, new Logo/Customers, Industries and assigned territories.
- Identify, qualify and quantify all opportunities within assigned accounts and/or territory.
- Develop, Manage, execute a medium and long-term go to market strategy and business plans.
- Develop and present Thales CPL solutions to customer meetings and marketing events.
- Develop relationships with top management (MD, Vice Presidents; CxO level).
- Enable partner community to sell Thales Cloud Protection Licensing (CPL) solutions.
- Provide accurate and reliable weekly forecast to the management.
- Works in team, collaborate closely with Presales Engineers, Products Marketing and peer sales teams.
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales opportunities throughout the sales process using the CRM system (SFDC)
- Other duties/special projects as assigned.
**About you**:
- 7+ years of sales experience in IT industries, enterprise software companies, at least 3 years at major account sales and at the regional level in IT Security field.
- Channel sales experience in developing and implementing channel.
- Experience working with system integrators, service providers, large resellers channel development and network industry with experience in security is a plus.
- Ability of closing complex deals from discovering sales opportunities to contract completion.
- Strong presentation skills at all levels, business development acumen and virtual team building.
- Results oriented and effective in customer situations comprising senior level management.
- Ability to manage business while achieving a high level of customer and partner satisfaction.
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Background in IT Security products, Identity Management is a plus.
