Therapy Development Manager/Regional Sales ManagerLa descripción completa del puesto cubre todas las habilidades asociadas, la experiencia previa y cualquier cualificación que se espera que tengan los solicitantes.Location:Spain & Portugal (Iberia – National remit)We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Therapy Development Manager to lead the launch, development, and scaling of an innovative Class III implantable therapy across Spain and Portugal. This is a highly visible role with national responsibility, combining sales execution, therapy development, clinical education, and market access activity to establish the therapy as a standard of care.This position is ideally suited to a commercially strong MedTech professional with experience in implantable or high-tech medical devices who is comfortable operating autonomously in a market-building role.Position OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the therapy across Spain and Portugal. Acting as the local market lead, you will drive sales performance while building therapy awareness, supporting physician training, and working closely with hospitals and stakeholders to enable access and adoption.You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Iberian market, collaborating closely with European and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Commercial LeadershipDevelop and execute the Iberian commercial strategy aligned with regional objectives.Drive sales performance through territory planning, account targeting, funnel development, forecasting, and closing activity.Identify, prioritize, and develop key hospital accounts, sleep centres, and physician stakeholders across Spain and Portugal.Build long-term customer relationships to ensure sustainable therapy adoption and growth.Therapy Awareness & Market DevelopmentLead therapy awareness initiatives to expand understanding and adoption among physicians, hospital administrators, and payers.Develop and implement market development plans tailored to the Spanish and Portuguese healthcare systems.Act as a therapy expert, clearly communicating clinical value and differentiation.Clinical Education & TrainingDeliver clinical education, therapy demonstrations, and case support to physicians and clinical teams.Support physician training programs, workshops, and peer-to-peer education initiatives.Work closely with Clinical Specialists to ensure high-quality therapy delivery and patient outcomes.Market Access & ReimbursementSupport reimbursement and market access initiatives across Spain and Portugal in collaboration with internal teams.Engage with hospital management and regional authorities to support funding, procurement, and adoption processes.Contribute to health economic and value-based discussions with relevant stakeholders.Stakeholder & Business ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital decision-makers, and professional societies.Represent the organisation at national and regional congresses, meetings, and events.Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and performance metrics.Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity.Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and company standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.Proven commercial experience within MedTech, ideally in implantable devices, neurostimulation, ENT, cardiology, or adjacent therapy areas.Experience in market development, therapy launch, or high-growth environments.Strong understanding of the Spanish and/or Portuguese healthcare systems and hospital decision-making processes.Ability to balance sales execution with clinical education and therapy development.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Fluent Spanish with strong English proficiency.Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating independently.What We OfferCompetitive salary with an attractive bonus structure.Car allowance and full travel support.Comprehensive health and benefits package.Significant professional development and career growth opportunities. xsgfvudThe opportunity to play a foundational role in establishing an innovative therapy across Iberia.
