Bachelor/Master degree in engineering, business, or operations management
- 6-10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, sales strategy or program management
- Background in quantitative decision making, ability to drive business metrics, automate operational tasks, thereby driving process excellence and adoption of different tools and resources.

Amazon, one of the world's leaders in e-commerce is looking for a Senior Sales Ops Excellence Manager to join its Third-Party Sellers support team.

Your main goal will be to support, enable, and drive our business development team to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. Your scope will include providing strategic insights needed by the sales team to achieve a sustainable growth. You will support the evolution of the sales value proposition, help streamlining processes to speed up the sales cycle, ultimately enabling sellers to adopt levers for growth (e.g. adoption of restock recommendations for Inventory Health Management).

Key job responsibilities

Your responsibilities will cover 3 main areas: i) Strategy, ii) Operations, and iii) Process and Performance.
- Strategy: you will collaborate with our Program Managers in selecting Key Metrics at the base of the evolving Sales value proposition and support the definition of the lead management criteria for each cohort of Sellers. In addition, you will lead the roadmap of the automation based on the evolution of the sales proposition.
- Operations: you will drive the execution by evolving the sales tools while optimizing the Sales Process and keeping our sales team correctly trained and updated.
- Process and Performance: you will work on data analysis and reporting to provide critical insights on the main Sales Performance Metrics. At the same time, you will constantly monitor Business Impacts of new initiatives as well as trends and performance benchmarks across different cohorts of Sellers.
- Knowledge of SQL is considered a plus
- Knowledge of Spanish
