**Basic Infomation** Department: Alibaba Group Degree: Bachelor Work Experience: 3 year - The role This is a highly cross-functional role who will translate the needs of commercial, logistics, promotions, etc... into efficient seller communication solutions. He/she will also work together with engineering team, a designer, and a product development expert, and focus on providing efficient and easy communication tools to sellers on our platforms to achieve desired business outcomes. This PM needs to track the dashboard of seller communication tools, surface data insights and optimize the way of communication to sellers. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): 1. Define communication plans based on overall seller engagement strategy to reach the desired seller communication result (opening rate, satisfaction rate, engagement result etc.) 2. Monitor, track, report seller communication progress and optimize communication process 3. Partnered with PD & engineering team to develop new features of seller communication tools 4. Answer, sorting & optimize questions on community 5. Develop & grow community leaders among sellers 6. Optimize the community platform **Position Requirement** - 1) Bachelor Degree 2) Native Spanish speaker + fluent English 3) Very strong communication skills (especially written) for marketplace scenarios, not limited to - understand both business needs and seller needs; draft engaging content in a simple but attractive way; a "people person" with high-energy and client oriented mindset 4) A fast-learner who adapts him/herself into an innovative environment with uncertainty 5) Experience in copywriting and editing will be a plus 6) Experience in visual design is a plus
