**Mission of the position**:
Responsible for the fulfillment of the budget of the hotels in that segment for which he/she is responsible or geographical areas assigned to him/her with vision scope origin business. Captures, develops and builds the loyalty of these accounts and carries out the actions established in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives defined in the hotel's Business Plan.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position in hotels, preferably in clusters.
- Degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of Hotel Operations
- User level knowledge in FOCUS & OPERA and Office package.
- High level of English. Second language will be a plus.
- Skills: Global Vision, Results & Customer Orientation, Change Management.
- Commitment to live in Mallorca
