Consolidada cadena hotelera internacional, requiere incorporar en Mallorca un/a Leisure Sales Manager cuya misión será la de crear y mantener las cuentas de vacacional a través de diferentes estrategias comerciales, asegurando el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas y ocupación.
Bajo la dependencia directa de Dirección Adjunta de Ventas, sus principales funciones serán:

- Maximizar el negocio de ventas de habitaciones, focalizándose en consorcios y tour-operación.
- Optimizar el rendimiento de las cuentas existentes.
- Establecer nuevos planes de acción para incrementar los ingresos, de acuerdo a los objetivos establecidos en el hotel.
- Acudir a ferias comerciales, eventos y viajes promocionales de la marca.
- Actualización continua sobre las tendencias del mercado, la competencia y los clientes.

Se ofrece:

- Incorporación inmediata en proyecto estable y con posibilidad de desarrollo profesional.
- Estabilidad laboral.
- Salario según valía y experiência, compuesto de fijo y variable.

Se requiere:

- Grado en Turismo, Marketing y/o similar.
- Dominio avanzado y profesional del idioma inglés.
- Experiência en MICE, consorcios y tour operación.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
- Experiência y gusto por el sector de lujo.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.

Nuestro perfil ideal es un/a profesional con capacidad de negociación, proactiva, comunicativa y con habilidades sociales. Que sea dinámica, con una personalidad enérgica y se motive ante nuevos retos, habituada a trabajar en equipo.

Estudios mínimos
- Grado en Turismo, Marketing y/o similar.

Experiência mínima
- Experiência mínima de dos años desempeñando las funciones descritas.

Idiomas mínimos
- Español e inglés.

Requisitos valorables

Se valorará positivamente el dominio del idioma alemán.
