We are an expanding real estate group based in Mallorca seeking an Experienced Sales Manager for the Palma Area and its surrounding areas. (Santa Ponsa and Andratx). We are open to looking into other areas in Mallorca.

General Duties Required for the Role Include:

- Recruit and manage up to 10 independent real estate consultants.
- Ongoing oversight of all established plans (property acquisition plans, number of viewings and sales by agents, sales plan and plan for listing new properties in each area for each agent).
- Coordination with the marketing department making decisions and coming up with ideas (network campaigns, creation of new categories, google ads, networking).
- Reporting to the Sales Director in relation to strategy proposals and results.

Location of action: Our office in Palma de Mallorca.

Applicant Requirements:

- Be able to speak fluent German, English and Spanish (additional languages an advantage but not essential).
- Live in Mallorca already and have the correct paperwork to work in Spain (NIE/DNI/Residencia/TIE/SS number).
- Have experience in the real estate market and working as a team (sales meetings, listing and sale process, networking, analyzing the database and everything else that has to do with the real estate sector).
- Have experience in dealing with lawyers, architects, interior designers, developers, artists, currency exchange brokers, tax advisors within the property sector.
- Be able to communicate effectively with team members and the management.
- Be confident interpreting data and key metrics to continually track and improve the performance to maximize sales and the fees the company receives.
- Experience with CRM and information management tools (Power BI, Excel, Gmail etc).
