**Palma Flagship Store, Mallorca**

Are you a skilled Social Media user with a proven track of driving growth and creating a digital community? At Pas Normal Studios Mallorca, we are seeking for a new sales associate that can be Community manager.

Your main objectives

As a Sales associate & Community manager, you will have an important role in managing all digital communications coming from our Palma Flagship store. You will also share responsibilities with other members around the daily retail related tasks and therefore you will have all of your working time in-store.

Besides this, your key responsibilities will be to:

- Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns that align with global campaigns.
- Be responsible for reflecting the day to day of the Palma Flagship store in our digital communication channels.
- Providing engaging written content in both of the requested languages with image and video content for social media accounts and newsletters.
- Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

This role will be reporting to the Store Manager and you will join a truly international team based in Mallorca to represent the brand in one of the most visited cycling tourism destinations in the world.

For this role, you must be based in Mallorca.

You: A Sales oriented individual with a drive for Social Media and retail experience.

The contract offer will be Indefinite with a trial period of 6 months.
