**The Role**

**What you will do**:

- Enable and accelerate the entire sales process across all our sales channels by helping the team clearly illustrate the value proposition to our customers.
- Coach the Sales team on the Sales process and solve potential bottlenecks.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree required (in Sales or engineering)
- 5+ years working experience in B2B industrial sales, sales enablement, or similar role
- Experience in successfully selling laser technology for coding and marking preferred
- Track record of creating impactful sales enablement campaigns
- Demonstrated history working with a dynamic sales team with multiple sales channels
- Experience in selling new high-tech solutions and communicating features, advantages, and benefits
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills - in English as a minimum
- Be a highly driven self-starter, motivated, with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively operate as a matrix manager in coordinating people and resources from multiple areas of the company
