¿Cómo será tu día a día?

whatsApp y teléfono.
- Asesoramiento a clientes en proceso de venta y productos.
- Gestión de incidencias logísticas y de transporte.
- Servicio posventa.
- Informe y seguimiento de indicadores de calidad y productividad.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
¿Qué necesitas para hacer match? - Experiência previa en Atención al Cliente mínima de 1 año, idealmente en plataformas ecommerce. - Persona enérgica y resolutiva, que desprenda optimismo y positividad. - Habilidades comunicativas y don de gentes. - Alta capacidad para trabajar en equipo. - Francés nativo + nível alto de español e inglés. - Se valorará muy positivamente el conocimiento e interés por el sector de la joyería y e-commerce
