As a Customer Service Agent at ADM Value for one of our clients (Resort), you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay. You will be responsible for assisting guests with questions, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
Provide recommendations and information on the facilities and services of a major resort.
Effectively address customer concerns and complaints, striving for quick and satisfactory resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to quickly resolve customer issues.
Assist guests in booking accommodations, meals and recreational activities.
Ensure accuracy of reservation details and billing information.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and issues using the company's CRM system.
Prepare reports on customer service metrics as needed.

Actively seek and encourage guest feedback to continuously improve services.
Monitor online feedback and respond professionally.
**Requisitos**:
\- Dutch native speaker with, a high level of English.
\- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality or a related field would be an asset.
\- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality/tourism sector.
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Excellent problem-solving skills.
\- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
\- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
\- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
\- Strong attention to detail.
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
