Senior Brand Incident Manager, Selling Partner Abuse

Bachelor's Degree in Law
Professional experience in program or product management in the context of: investigations management, brand protection, online product catalogs, fraud and/or identity management.
- Business proficiency in speaking and writing in English and in one of the following: German, Italian, Arabic.
- In-depth knowledge in IP Protection
Job summary At Amazon we believe that customer trust is of paramount importance to anything we do. To continue building customer trust the Selling Partner Abuse team works with sellers, brands, vendors and customers to identify and prevent infringement of intellectual property (e. g. copyright, trademark, counterfeit) and other abuse in our product catalog. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to investigate complex incidents of suspected infringement of intellectual property and other product abuse. You will work closely with brands, sellers and vendors and implement policies, tools and technology innovations to protect customers, to defend intellectual property, to protect brands, and to ensure compliance with Amazon policies. You will partner with numerous teams at Amazon including Brand Registry, Product Safety, Perfect Order Experience, Selling Partner Performance, Retail and Seller Services. You will interact with Amazon leadership on complex investigations and you will improve the way Amazon protects customers from product abuse.
- Experience with high-scale technology programs
- e. g., millions of customers, thousands of transactions per second, milliseconds of latency
- Experience in account management with excellent relationship building skills
- Working knowledge of SQL
