We are looking for a Career Management & Coaching professional to join the IESE Career Development Center. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of Career Workshops and individual Career Coaching to the different programs: MBA, MiM, and Alumni at IESE to support them in achieving their career management objectives, as well as managing different programs and initiatives.
For this role, you are a highly motivated and dedicated individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, and you have a passion for helping people reach their full potential at any stage of their careers. Our ideal Career Management Associate Director combines autonomy and initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages projects independently and works on larger initiatives effectively together in a team to serve participants’ career management needs.
- **Main Responsibilities**
- **One-on-one Advisory - **provide individual counseling and coaching services to IESE’s program participants and Alumni, including the management of external coaches/advisors
- **Programs and Content Development - **design career programming content, tailoring activities and resources to meet the unique needs of each student population
- **Events and Workshop Delivery - **deliver different career related events and workshops both in person and online such as Job Search Strategies, Networking, CV, Cover Letter, Interviewing, LinkedIn optimization, etc.
- **Project Management - **plan and manage** **different projects and initiatives, i.e. Alumni career modules, mentoring platform, job board, external coaches, etc.
- **Career Expert - **Research, review and stay up to date on latest career management trends and job seeker strategies, and create and curate online resources leveraging best practices
Other responsibilities include:
- Source speakers for workshops and masterclasses
- Manage event data, evaluations, and career advisory session statistics
**Required qualifications**
- Preferably 5-10 years of experience in Career Counseling and Coaching for executives; or complementary experience in human resource management, recruitment, or executive search
- Career coaching capability either through coaching training/certification and/or real-life business experience
- Regular travel availability is required, for example to IESE’s campuses in Madrid and Munich
- Availability to occasionally work evenings as many participants of the part-time programs work full-time
- MBA or relevant Masters’ Degree (preferably from IESE)
- Absolute must to be fluent in English and Spanish
