The primary focus will be on managing the entireinternship programand fostering strongpartner engagementwith corporate stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesInternship Program Management:Oversee the complete lifecycle of the internship program, from sourcing and matching internship opportunities to supporting students throughout their placements. Coordinate with company partners, students, and internal departments to ensure smooth and successful internship experiences that align student profiles with partner needs.Student Support & Talent Development:Provide personalized support for students, helping them navigate career paths, develop professional skills, and secure internships and job placements. Organize workshops and training sessions on essential employability skills, such as resume writing, interview preparation, networking techniques, and personal branding.Partner Engagement:Lead efforts to engage and maintain relationships with corporate partners. Explore new partnership opportunities to expand student placements and career services initiatives.Event Coordination:Assist with the planning and execution of all events hosted by the Career Services department.Business Immersion Week:Co-coordinate logistics of this flagship event to provide students with practical industry insights.Company Visits & Networking Events:Organize student visits to partner companies, coordinating logistics for high-impact engagement.Data Tracking & Reporting:Track and report on the outcomes of the internship program, events, and partnerships to provide data-driven insights for future activities.QualificationsExperience:Minimum 3 years in career services, event management, corporate relations, or a related field. Experience in career coaching and managing internship programs in an educational setting is highly desirable.Skills:Strong organizational and project management skills.Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with corporate partners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Languages:Fluent in English and basic Spanish. Additional languages are a strong asset.Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, event management, or a related field.
