**Our client** is a Japanese manufacturers of wellness products in Barcelona. To strengthen their business in Spain, they are currently looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Logistics & Sales Support assistant (M/F/d).

**Benefits**:

- Salary: 24.000€ - 35.000€ p.a. depending on experience

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Prepare, issue, and manage shipping instructions, tracking reports, and other related documentation
- Coordinate delivery schedules and inventory with internal departments and support sales activities, including occasional business trips
- Prepare and submit import customs documentation, liaise with customs brokers, and resolve any customs-related issues or delays
- Manage order processing, data entry, shipping/receiving operations, and maintain supplier databases and purchasing records
- Negotiate prices and services with vendors and carriers, monitor logistics costs, and handle returns and inventory analysis
- Collect and share information on regulatory changes, and provide general administrative support such as preparing proposals, reports, and internal/external communications

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Relevant industry experience in a comparable position such as Sales Assistant, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Inside Sales, Logistics Assistant (especially in import), Office Assistant, or similar roles
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Japanese skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other data management tools
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in multicultural environments
