Global Alumni has grown exponentially over the past few years, and we plan to continue expanding in the short and long term. For this reason, we are looking for an **English-Speaking Administrative Assistant** who also speaks Spanish to join our team and help us stay on top of this growth.

**Your main tasks**:

- Carry out administrative functions
- Process documentation
- Coordinate department and client meetings both online and in person
- Attend meetings and write concise reports and summaries of meetings
- Maintain daily contact and communication with clients (universities and business schools)
- Organize and coordinate agenda and events
- Welcome visitors and guests to our offices
- Create reports and presentations (Excel and PowerPoint)

**Requisitos**:
**Your skills and characteristics**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in administration or similar field
- At least 2 years of experience working in administration
- Advanced experience with MS Office (mainly Word and Excel)
- Experienced in document organization
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Autonomous and proactive
- Proficient in English and Spanish (C2 level or native level)
