Bilingual Executive Assistant to CEO, Multinational

Our client, a major multinational player in the Medical sector is looking for an exceptional fully Bilingual Executive Assistant to support the CEO (Southern Europe Region).

Acting as the “right hand” of this ambitious CEO, responsibilities (among others) will include:

- Act as second pair of eyes for CEO and translating between English and Spanish on his behalf (Spanish is not his native language)
- Full inbox, telephone and correspondence management for CEO (outgoing and incoming)
- Act as a key point of contact between executives, employees, customers and other external partners
- Ensuring the smooth running of the Spanish residence (maintenance, repairs, household staff, renovations, insurance, vehicles)
- Scheduling meetings, teleconferences and videoconferences across time zones & geographies
- Organising point-to-point domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, transfers, visas, passports)
- Project management: manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive and track completion of key deliverables and follow-up on initiatives
- Prepare materials/briefs, take minutes for meetings (board level), distribute accordingly and follow up
- Compose and review written communication, reports, presentations and spreadsheets
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the CEO and take action accordingly
- Expense reports, reconciliation of credit card statements, physical/digital archiving and ad hoc administrative tasks for this busy CEO

This position is 100% office based. This is NOT a remote role.

Location - Madrid

Salary - €40,000 - €45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Timetable - Full time (Flexibility required)

Contract - Permanent
