JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Supplier Relationship Executive, you will be supporting all aspects of booking query management within Transfers.

Role Responsibilities:

- Mitigating any challenges by considering workarounds and working with other teams to ensure suppliers have the support they need.
- Frequent review of your allocated partners performance against their Service Level Agreements.
- Regular meetings with key business stakeholders to enhance the support we provide to our partners.
- Translating partner feedback into user cases to share with our technical teams to ensure we have the right tools in place to support delivery.
- To ensure any supplier allocated to you perform within their contracted Service Level Agreements
- To capture feedback and liaise with other teams within the business, to use that feedback to improve our operational performance
- Actively listening to feedback about us and working with colleagues to contiune learning and developing our processes and best practice ways of working together.
- Onboarding -Responsible for the end to end Onboarding process, which includes but is not limited to:

- Update all required Supplier contact list with new Suppliers
- Keep the tracking documents up-to-date and identify process improvements to continually drive efficiencies
- Health and Safety Audit (H&S) - Responsible for management the end to end Health and Safety Audit process.

Skills and Experience:

- Ability to identify opportunities for further process improvements
- Attention to detail is a must
- Good knowledge of Excel and analytical skills
- Experience in managing key stakeholders internally and externally
- Good communicator verbal and written
