**The O**pportunity**
Worldline, a global leader in payment services, is seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager for Airlines & eTravel to drive growth and partnerships across our global footprint. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our high-performing team and make a significant impact in the airline payments ecosystem.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Growth**: Develop and execute a global business development strategy tailored to the airline sector, ensuring alignment with Worldline’s overarching goals.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at airlines, payment partners, and industry stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and Americas.
- **Market Analysis**: Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities within the global airline payments landscape.
- **Deal Closing**: Lead complex negotiations, create winning proposals, and drive revenue by securing long-term partnerships with airline clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to deliver value-driven solutions.
**Who Are We Looking For**
- **Experience**: 5-8 years of proven business development experience, preferably in the airline, payments, or travel-related sectors.
- **Global Perspective**: Strong understanding of global markets with the ability to navigate cultural nuances across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and Americas.
- **Relationship Builder**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- **Results-Oriented**: Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and growth targets in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with airline payment systems, trends, and challenges is a strong advantage.
- You deliver optimal solutions by evaluating various alternatives and exploring adaptations of policies, procedures, and techniques to meet customer needs effectively.

- Strong commercial drive and a solid understanding of the Airlines and eTravel market.
- Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A deep interest in team-building and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
- You thrive in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
- The ability to analyze data, combine it with market insights, and develop and communicate actionable results, ideas, and strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to effectively manage customer relationships.
