With more than 10,000 customers worldwide and a global team of 1,800 people, we aim to eliminate the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week—a $1.7 trillion problem.About the RoleThe Manager, Airline Partnerships will manage a portfolio of small‑to‑medium sized airline partners, securing the best airline content for Perk and negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers. You will present strategic recommendations to Perk executives and have a direct impact on revenue streams and price competitiveness.What will you be doing?Oversee and grow commercial relationships and negotiations with airline partners on behalf of Perk.Collaborate with suppliers and Perk’s Product team to optimize content, pricing, and connectivity.Identify and execute additional revenue opportunities across the airline supplier ecosystem.Champion commercial oversight over the following:Incentive strategyPortfolio performanceRevenue forecastingMarketing opportunitiesPrice competitivenessCollaborate cross‑functionally with Product Operations, Customer Management, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development to align strategic initiatives.Identify key content gaps and functionality needs with airline suppliers to improve coverage.Conduct profitability analysis.Manage contract renewals and renegotiate conditions.Represent Perk at industry events and build brand recognition.What will you need to succeed?Tenured experience in the travel industry; preferably with airlines or supplier partnership management.Knowledgeable in airline content distribution strategies, legacy (Edifact) and modern retailing (NDC) capabilities.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.Proficient analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.Proficient in Excel and other data‑analysis tools.Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish desirable; other European languages a haz.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.What You Will Get In ReturnCompetitive compensation and equity ownership.Generous vacation days plus public holidays.Choice of private healthcare or gym allowance.Life insurance for financial protection.Unforgettable Perk events, including an annual summer party.Access to Spring Health for therapy and coaching sessions.Flexible compensation plan.17 weeks paid parental leave for first‑year children.16 paid volunteer hours per year.Up to 20 “Work from Anywhere” days per year.Language lessons in English, Spanish, and Catalan.Four‑week fully paid sabbatical after 5 years.Relocation support for moving to a hub.How We WorkPerk takes an IRL‑first parantos approach; the team works together in‑person three days a week.
