The Client Success Manager role is an integral part of the team and is responsible for driving performance and delivering first class sales support for our retailer partnerships across Spain and Portgual. This role is centered on ensuring our team delivers world-class customer service to our retailer partners in delivering useful actionable insights, quick and efficient support and drive revenues across each retail partner. This includes managing the day-to-day support for our retailer partners, provide efficiency in the development and operational management. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to manage day to day client communication, a strategic mindset to help develop media recommendations and help to deliver the retailer goals. The ability to manage a large team to ensure we are aligned across all reatilers to deliver excellent results to grow customer loyalty, build long standing business relationships and ensure we are procative in everything we do for our partners.

Retailer Relationship:
- Proactively ams on client success
- On-Boarding Support:
- Ensure 100% accuracy with the use of our analytical platforms such as Confluence, Domo etc
- Deliver a high-level of understanding of key performance metrics and analytics to deliver confident feedback to the suppliers/retailers, as required (and as supported by the Analytics team)
- Supporting Ongoing Client Success
- Support Suppliers with campaign set up and optimization recommendations
- Help to monitor overall campaign performance, where necessary, provide recommendations
- Inform our retailers of their campaign status each month, if necessary, gather approvals from Business Lead and/or client on optimizations on improvements etc.
Overall, the Client Success Manager is better understood as being adept in all areas of the retailer partnership and manage a team of excellence. We empower our staff to manage all aspects of their retailer relationships, from training internal teams to understand the benefits of our platform across their entire teams, making recommendations (with the support of the retail lead) including the trading and ecommerce sales divisions, through to supporting suppliers to get the best out of the CitrusAd platform. We expect you to build a premium way of working for all of your team to ensure communication is shared amongst the business and the respective targets are met.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Client Success Manager who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years management experience
- Strong retail media, ecommerce and digital knowledge with specific experience managing campaigns in Amazon Advertising, Google Ads and similar
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Solution oriented mindset
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in Spanish and English
- Has a “can-do” attitude
- Efficient time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Has great analytical skills
- Has strong sales skills
- Proficient in Windows, Domo, Confluence
**It would be great if you also have**:
- Fluent level of Portuguese
- 6+ years of Account/Client Management experience
- Previously managed a Customer Success /Account Support
- Digital Media experience
- Supplier Media experience
