HR Generalist

Join our team as an HR Generalist You'll play a key role in managing payroll, ensuring compliance, guiding employees on payroll matters, among other key tasks in our employees' employment relationship. If you're detail-driven and passionate about HR, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, deductions, and compliance with tax regulations.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Maintain payroll data integrity and ensure employee records comply with data protection regulations.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, legal requirements, and emerging trends within HR.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.
- Provide administrative, operational, and legal assistance within the

organisation.
- Support and assist with the employee exit and onboarding processes.
- Managing changes to employee terms and conditions in collaboration with our external supplier.
- Actively participates in the implementation of new HR Admin processes.
- Prepare regular HR Reports.
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to permissions, benefits, or internal processes through a ticketing system (Remedy)

**Requirements**:
. 1.5 to 2 years of local payroll experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with automated payroll systems and external payroll providers.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive payroll data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Basic understanding of labour laws related to payroll.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate and resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
