**HR Generalist**

**Office: Office placed in Barcelona (the role includes an Hibrid Smart Working policy of 40%)**

**Job description**:
Reporting to the HR Lead, this person will be in charge of HR and Administration (40%), Talent and People relations (30%) and International Recruitment (30%). Is a role that will cover the local HR needs for Spain and will collaborate closely with HR colleagues at EU level in order to follow our strategical objectives, implement new projects and report monthly reporting and kpis to our Headquarter.

**Talent and People relations**:

- Give support and coach leaders and Senior leaders with all HR related matters, making sure local actions are in line with global guidelines.
- Ensure all employees enquiries are correctly solved giving a superb internal customer service (legal, payroll, benefits, etc.)
- Work together with Global HR team, meeting our strategical objectives
- Participate in Global HR meetings and projects
- Propose and organize team building actions

**Recruitment, training and onboarding**:

- Maintaining a strong relationship with external vendors, and managing correctly externalized recruitment.
- Keep update the training calendar and reports for FUNDAE with the help of our external provider.
- Be in charge of onboarding/offboarding and corporate induction, including legal and administrative part.

**HR administration and reporting**:

- Maintain the HRIS system up-to-date with employees details, INs and OUTs, absenteeism, making sure the datas are accurates and coherents.
- Keep track of absenteeism, sick leave, and paternity/maternity leave into HRIS
- Preparation of hiring contracts with the help of our external provider
- Elaboration of HR documentation (individual and collective policies, Internal Manual, addendum, etc.) keeping track of signatures and archive.
- Organize employee benefits with vendors (healthcare insurrance, ticket restaurants, PC deliveries, etc.)
- Calculation of variable compensation (commissions and MBOs),
- In collaboration with our external payroll provider: ensure tracking of incidencies and payslip control meets our monthly deadlines.
- Preparation of Monthly reporting (Labour cost, G&A, Recruitment, Training, HR KPIs)
- Management of Labor Risk Prevention (externalized)

**Qualifications**
***:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related areas.
- 2+ years of experience in HR as a generalist
- Experience in recruitment as a consultant and/or as corporate recruiter
- Knowledge of spanish labor law
- Good knowledge of Excel (especially pivot and V-lookup)
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish (Italian and French are a plus)
