**About the project**

We are embarking on an ambitious journey to help a leading Customer Experience (CX) global company. This project centers on the design and deployment of state-of-the-art AI solutions, including chatbots, voicebots, intelligent document processing, among others. Leveraging advancements in Large Language Models like GPT, Anthropic, Mixtral, LlaMA and other STT and TTS models like ElevenLabs or Deepgram. This initiative stands at the vanguard of revolutionizing how our client interacts with their customers.

You are also an extraordinary communicator, able to explain complex technology solutions to a non-technical audience and at the same time discuss technical details with members of the team.

**About your day-to-day**:
Your role as a Senior AI Product Manager involves steering our AI product initiatives towards groundbreaking solutions:

- Collaborating closely with the client stakeholders to develop a visionary AI product strategy that integrates the latest technological innovations. You'll craft and continuously refine the product roadmap. Your strategic vision will align tightly with broader business goals and keep pace with benchmarks set by similar products in the market.
- Leading your team of engineers in crafting and refining the AI products, ensuring they represent the forefront of AI technology. This involves setting clear goals, providing the necessary resources, and actively facilitating problem-solving sessions to address any obstacles that arise, thereby ensuring continuous progress and innovation.
- Coordinating with other project teams to ensure consistency and to explore synergies, pushing the boundaries of what our AI products can achieve. You'll effectively communicate the product's vision, updates, and forward-looking plans in presentations to stakeholders and at team meetings.
- Engaging with the market through research and customer interactions to continually align our innovations with user needs and technological advancements.
- Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept through deployment—focusing on rigorous testing and iteration to meet the highest standards of performance and usability. You be required to plan sprints rigorously and proactively manage the progress of tasks using advanced project management tools. You will document all project decisions and adjustments meticulously, ensuring that every detail is recorded for future reference and regulatory compliance.
- Analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure our AI solutions not only meet but exceed market expectations.

**Key qualifications and skills**
- Proven experience of +4 years acting as a Product Manager with high levels of autonomy and ownership
- BSc/Master's in Engineering or IT Management.
- Experience working in AI-powered products.
- Experience with organization platforms such as Jira.
- English proficiency as your primary language
- Hands-on experience crafting and refining product roadmap, integrating business goals and AI trends to build and state of art products.
- Solid experience in task and sprint planning (yes we work in Agile) and recording and tracking all the project actions and decisions.
- Endured creating solid and effective communication flows between stakeholders. We want all parts to share a common acknowledgement of the product
- Versed in executing successful project plans. Setting clear goals and being the problem-solving facilitator.
