AI Program Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to head IntellectEU's AI services program and drive initiatives in Payment Modernization and Capital Markets Innovation. The AI Program Manager will define and execute the program's vision, strategic roadmap, and budget while cultivating innovation and measurable business impact. This role requires a strong foundation in AI/ML, model lifecycle management, MLOps, data governance, and data pipelines, combined with proven experience in program leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a vision, strategic plan, and budget for the Program, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
• Define and oversee annual and semi-annual program goals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets, including defining strategic business areas, providing training, and supporting presale efforts.
• Define, monitor, and control KPIs that align with strategic plans while ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
• Oversee program performance, including budget management and project marginality tracking.
• Develop and maintain resource planning and forecasting models in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Allocate and manage program resources, ensuring optimal deployment based on priorities and company needs.
• Facilitate smooth transitions of resources across programs in collaboration with other Program Managers.
• Approve hiring or termination requests to align with program resources and financial goals.

Technical skills

Must Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an AI leadership role, such as team lead, project manager, Product Manager, or similar capacity.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Experience in client management and relationship building.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of Software development processes, IT infrastructure and related technologies and relevant technologies in Payments Modernization.
• In-depth understanding of AI usage in payments, securities, and trade finance.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals (classification, NLP, generative models),
• Solid grasp of Model lifecycle management (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring)
• Deep understanding of MLOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Fluency in data governance, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), feature engineering, and scalable infrastructure design to ensure robust and reliable AI solutions.

• Strong negotiation skills to manage client expectations, address concerns, and find mutually beneficial solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
