**Objective**: The goal of the delivery team is to make our clients happy while developing custom ML solutions for them. **Areas of Responsibilities**: - Keep an elusive balance between customer centricity, project team satisfaction, and project margin - Tailor, establish, and maintain delivery practices that fit AI/ML projects - Develop and execute the project plan in close collaboration with the team to ensure timely completion of the project by meeting its objectives with due regard for project constraints - Support a project team with all operational aspects of the delivery, e.g. setting and maintaining a project in ClickUp - Champion the use of objective metrics on a project - Educate the client's team in agile practices through coaching and workshops - Manage client engagements and client relationships **Capabilities**: - Leadership - Fast decision making - Ownership - Conflict management - Innovative thinking - AI/ML awareness - Project management methodologies fit for AI/ML development - Advanced English **Experience**: - project/program manager (>3 years) - experience in the consulting business (>3 years) - machine-learning / data science/data analytics delivery experience (>1 year) (preferred) **We Offer**: - Scientific or engineering challenges - Work with disruptive deep-tech startups - Work with rock stars (senior-level engineers, Ph.D.) - Meaningful social and environmental projects - Transparent, professional growth plan depending on your impact - Remote work from any location - Flexible working hours - Unpaid unlimited personal time off - Regular Team Building & company-wide team events **Terms & conditions**: Allocation: Full time Location: Full remote Time zone: UTC+1 - UTC+3
