Buscamos un/a **Business Development Manager** con un perfil ambicioso, metódico y colaborativo que tendrá la misión es liderar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas que impulsen el crecimiento sostenible y rentable de la empresa. Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ventas, marketing y desarrollo de productos para identificar oportunidades de negocio, establecer alianzas estratégicas y expandir nuestra presencia en el mercado.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Generación de negocio y captación de nuevas cuentas cumpliendo con los objetivos establecidos por la Compañía.
- Asesoramiento al cliente (identificando puntos clave para y aportando valores diferenciales)
- Colaborar en la elaboración de estrategias de crecimiento a corto y largo plazo.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y áreas de expansión.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes, socios y partes interesadas.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para cerrar acuerdos y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Identificar oportunidades de innovación y desarrollo de nuevos productos.
- Gestionar relaciones con socios comerciales y proveedores clave.

**HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS**:

- Formación universitaria, valorable conocimiento de gestión comercial.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y empatía.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Planificación, organización y gestión a través de un CRM.
- +3 años de experiência comercial (preferiblemente B2B)
- Profesional metódico y con rigor.
- Orientación a resultados y al logro.
- Capacidad de interlocución a todos los níveles.
- idiomas: Catalán, Castellano e Ingles.
