We are problem solvers and we will be better with you.The Service Representative Manager is responsible for managing the human and capital resources necessary to ensure that the needs or specifications agreed with customers are met, ensuring the efficiency of the process from order entry to delivery of the product to the customer. As well as ensuring that communication with customers is timely, clear, and aligned to the business strategy.What you will do:Developing and implementing focused plans and strategies to improve customer satisfaction.Ensures that the team maintains the efficiency levels and resources necessary to manage its activities.Responsible for the international trade process, ensuring compliance with regulations.Interact with Account Managers, laboratory, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies/missing information.What you will bring:Bachelor's degree in administration or related areas.Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, in customer service processes.Experience in negotiation with global customers.Advanced - Intermediate level English.What You’ll Get:Opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5-days per week.An excellent salary, benefit offering, and development opportunities.A thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond.About Sensient: Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
