At Mizuno Italy we're looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team.About the jobMizuno Italy is looking for a Customer Service Manager to employ in its Customer Service office in Italy. In particular, the candidate will be in charge of leading the Customer Service team.Key responsibilities and tasks:Coordination of the Customer Service divisions in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands working with the Customer Service Specialists, within a multicultural team;Coordination and control of all phases of order management and shipping and management of returns and complaints;Coordination with the Logistics operator;Order progress and turnover reporting;Lead all staff members of the Customer Service department (more than 15 staff).What we expect from you:10 years' Customer Service experience in a similar position and sector;Fluent in Italian and English;Good administration skills;Ability to prioritize;Experience working in a fast-paced and pressured environment;Proficient use of Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Soft Skills:Strong project management skills;Excellent communication skills;Teamwork attitude;Coordination and problem-solving skills.What we offer:A dynamic role within a successful and established international sports brand.A full-time position (40 hours per week), competitive salary, and discount on company products.Space for talent and personal development.Being part of a group of people who are working towards the same goal: to provide the best customer and sales force assistance and support.Apply for the jobDo you want to join our team as our new Customer Service Manager?
