We are now looking for a Dutch-speaking IT Sales Specialist to join the team in Málaga (hybrid) . In this role, you’ll connect with small and medium-sized businesses, guide them through their digital transformation journey, and help them succeed with cutting-edge cloud technologies. What you’ll do As an IT Sales Specialist, you will : Be the first point of contact for customers and deliver a strong first impression. Cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients by leveraging your sales expertise. Serve as a trusted advisor , guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies. Identify and act on opportunities to drive revenue growth. Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Managers. Collect and communicate customer feedback to help shape future solutions (\"voice of the customer\"). What we’re looking for We welcome passionate, curious, and ambitious professionals who love helping others succeed. You’re a great match if you : Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch and English. Have 1–2 years of IT sales experience or account management / customer management experience with a proven track record of success. Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. It’s a plus if you : Have experience working with or selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365. Hold Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in Azure, Modern Workplace, and / or BizApps.
