Desde la división de **Directivos Digitales** estamos buscando un/a Marketing & Business Development Director para una empresa internacional del sector salud y fitness ubicada en Alicante.

**Misión**:
Trabajando de la mano con la Dirección Comercial serás el/la responsable de dirigir, ejecutar y supervisar la estrategia de marketing a nível multicanal así como identificar nuevas oportunidades de Desarrollo de negocio.

Deberás impulsar la misión de la empresa y trabajar de la mano junto con Desarrollo de producto y ventas.

**Funciones**:

- Generar nuevos clientes potenciales para la compañía a través de la optimización.
- Generar retorno de la inversión.
- Trabajar en la digitalización del proceso de venta.
- Ser capaz de transformar la compañía y vender soluciones a través de los diferentes canales.
- Ser capaz de llegar a diferentes segmentos dentro de la industria.
- Interactuar con otras empresas y partners para hacer crecer a la compañía.
- Gestionar y dirigir el equipo de marketing.

Requisitos mínimos:

- Licenciatura Economía/Marketing o similar.
- Experiência en Marketing y gestión de prepuestos dentro del área.
- Experiência e historial probado en Desarrollo de negocio.
- Estar acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos, definir KPIS, aplicar métricas de rendimiento y maximizar la inversión.
- Tener buena capacidad de análisis de datos, se valorara experiência en estudios de mercados.
- **Nível alto de inglés,** hablado y escrito. El día a día es en inglés.
