Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads effectively.Goal Achievement: Work towards personal and team sales targets, demonstrating a strong achievement-oriented mindset.Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to enhance sales efforts.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs. Requirements: Native-level fluency in German and B2 proficiency in English.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.Solid background in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Good computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Workplace: On-site in Valencia
