The company has a total of 217,000 employees in 74 countries.The job:As a junior campaign and marketing specialist, you will be in charge of improving and developing campaigns. Therefore, you will need to give advice and have some negotiation skills - but not aggressive sales; it is important to possess some sales-oriented qualities. Your daily work will include tasks like these:Act as a trusted consultant onboarding customersDevelop PPC campaignsAbility to understand customers' needs and goalsBe responsible for increasing spending, upselling, and sustainabilityHandle a large volume of potential customers daily via phone callsYour qualifications:You speak German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus.You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
