Your mission
To maintain, configure, and develop Zoho CRM solutions, provide training to users, manage releases, and ensure effective communication of changes.
Your profile
Maintain, configure, and develop Zoho CRM.
Provide comprehensive training to users.
Manage and deploy CRM system releases.
Communicate system updates effectively.
Establish a CRM Center of Excellence.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional documents.
Plan and manage CRM projects.
Position requirements
Required:
Minimum of 3 years experience with CRM technologies, preferably Zoho CRM.
Prior experience with Salesforce.
Preferred: Technical education background.
Native Spanish speaker with advanced proficiency in English.
