Buscamos un CRM Specialist altamente motivado y con experiencia en HubSpot para implementar, gestionar y optimizar nuestro sistema CRM. Este rol es fundamental para mejorar las operaciones de marketing, ventas y servicio al cliente, asegurando la eficiencia y efectividad en la gestión de relaciones con prospectos y clientes. El CRM Specialist trabajará estrechamente con los equipos de datos, marketing, ventas y atención al cliente para mantener la integridad de los datos y generar oportunidades de negocio.Responsabilidades:Importar, limpiar y organizar datos de clientes y prospectos.Crear y gestionar listas segmentadas para campañas específicas.Asegurar la integridad y calidad de los datos en el CRM.Configurar flujos de trabajo automatizados para nutrir leads y convertirlos en clientes.Implementar estrategias de lead scoring y lead nurturing.Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de email marketing.Personalizar etapas del proceso de ventas.Automatizar tareas repetitivas para los equipos de ventas.Monitorizar y analizar al equipo de ventas para optimizar procesos.Generar informes y dashboards personalizados para diferentes departamentos.Monitorear la efectividad de las campañas de marketing y las operaciones de ventas.Coordinar la integración del CRM con otras herramientas y plataformas utilizadas por la empresa.Asegurar una sincronización de datos eficiente y sin problemas entre sistemas.Proporcionar formación continua a los equipos de marketing, ventas y servicio al cliente sobre el uso eficiente de HubSpot.Crear y mantener documentación y recursos de capacitación actualizados.Requisitos:Experiencia previa en la gestión y optimización de sistemas CRM, preferentemente HubSpot.Conocimiento en estrategias de marketing digital y ventas.Habilidades analíticas para interpretar datos y generar insights accionables.Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.Experiencia en la automatización de marketing y la creación de campañas de email marketing.Beneficios:Oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico y en crecimiento.Formación continua y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.Salario competitivo y beneficios adicionales.
