Organizar, coordinar y supervisar las tareas administrativas de la oficina.
- Administrar la agenda y coordinar reuniones.
- Atención de llamadas y atención de visitas.
- Envío y recepción de pedidos.
- Gestión de correo electrónico.
- Organización de reuniones.
- Coordinación de viajes.
- Administrar las comunicaciones internas y externas.
- Supervisar y coordinar el mantenimiento de la oficina.
- Apoyar en la preparación de informes y presentaciones.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos para garantizar la eficiencia operativa.
- Manejar la logística de eventos y reuniones de la empresa.
- Administrar el inventario de suministros de la oficina y realizar pedidos cuando sea necesario.
- Gestión de proveedores.
- Soporte a facturación (seguimiento de envío de facturas y pagos).
- Gestión de presupuestos y órdenes de compra.

- Titulación en Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
- Experiência previa en un puesto de Office Manager o similar de más de 5 años.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y priorizar eficazmente.
- Habilidades fuertes en Microsoft Office.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo.
- Nível de inglés muy alto (entorno internacional).
Nuestro cliente es una empresa internacional de servicios financieros de tamaño mediano, con oficinas en Madrid centro.
- Un salario de 45.000 € B/A.
- Jornada completa de 9 a 19 de lunes a jueves (2 horas para comer) y viernes de 9 a 18 horas.
