Regional Sales Manager – Madrid, Spain As part of the Sales department, based in Madrid, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales strategies and goals through managing a team of Sales and Services representatives. You will develop area sales plans in conjunction with your team, support and grow Radiometer’s customers, and lead the regional sales and service teams with direction, coaching, and mentoring. You will advance professional development, conduct, effectiveness, and efficiency of staff, and track progress with sales forecasts, pipeline growth, and instrument usage using DBS tools. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities and tasks include: Sales management of business in a large area in Spain. Achieving sales goals in your area while cooperating with your team. Developing a regional sales strategy to aggressively gain market share and support core growth. Translating strategy into actionable daily tactics. Planning co-travel with sales field representatives (SFRs) when calling on existing and new customers, accessing their needs and characteristics. Presenting appropriate products, solutions, and services. The essential requirements of the job include: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. Functional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare industry. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and coaching sales teams to achieve ambitious targets and improve engagement. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute business strategies, identify growth opportunities, and adapt to market challenges. Customer‑Centric Approach: Strong relationship‑building skills with key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
